DESCRIPTION: TYPHOON
is a highly built liquid sodium and potassium hydroxide blend that was designed forcleaning the most difficult soils from food processing equipment, particularly where a heavy soil load has built up from
high heat treatment. This product contains the highest level of additives for improved cleaning. It sequesters the calcium
and magnesium found in hard water and inhibits scale growth by the threshold effect in solution tanks and on the
equipment being cleaned.
TYPHOON dispenses and suspends the soils so they will rinse clean and not accumulate onthe surface of the equipment. It contains a surfactant for improved soil penetrations, food soil foam control, and cleaner
rinsing.
TYPHOON is ideal for CIP operations for cleaning silos, holding tanks, evaporators, dryers, HTST?p>pasteurizers, and other related equipment.

APPLICATION: TYPHOON
is for your most stubborn food soils, where the cleanest rinsing is required. It is recommended for use at ? 5% in moderate to hard water.
